There are two convenient ways to activate your Pelican debit or credit card:
- In MyPelican, select your account to view account details, then select Card Management.
- Call 1-800-351-4877 and select the "Credit or Debit Cards" option.

- Once you're logged into MyPelican, tap the account you need to activate your card for.
- Then, select the "Card Management" option that pops up under "Details."
- Select the card that needs to be activated.
- Tap "Activate New Card".
Using Pelican's Automated Phone System
- Call Pelican at 1-800-351-4877.
- Select the "Credit or Debit Cards" option.
- Follow the directions given by the system to activate your card.
