All Members
The new MyPelican app will require you to sign in using the information associated with your membership.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Your Username
- User's Member Number (found in settings)
- User's Social Security Number
- User's Email Address

iOS Users
Update your existing MyPelican app from the App Store. iPhone users may receive the update automatically depending on your device settings, or you can manually update from the App Store.

Android users will need to delete the current app, search for MyPelican in Google Play, and install the newest version.
